Your responsibilities and workdays will revolve around the following tasks:

• Strategic consulting and client support on digital marketing strategies and tactics using the HubSpot CRM  
  
• Configuration, implementation, and optimization of the HubSpot platform for our current and future clients  
  
• Creating, implementing, and documenting marketing, lead nurturing, and RevOps strategies and processes
  
• Training and coaching on the HubSpot platform
  
• Contributing to strategic monitoring: SEO, GEO, AI, multi-platform optimization trends  
  
• Participating in Momentumm’s marketing initiatives  
  
• Communicating with our clients, simplifying your recommendations, and supporting them as a true strategic partner
  
• Working and getting certified in the HubSpot ecosystem, in a way that aligns with your responsibilities and the company’s service offering  
  

The idea profile we're looking for:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in SEO (agency, freelance, or consultant)
  
• Exited about AI and its applications in marketing  
  
• Comfortable with the HubSpot platform
• Able to collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists
  
• Strong writing skills and ease in optimizing and creating content
  
• Able to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution

• Conduct comprehensive audits (technical, content, backlinks) and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with the web team (HubSpot, WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow) to implement your technical recommendations (structure, speed, markup, accessibility).
• Optimize and create content (service pages, blogs, product listings, landing pages).
• Monitor performance with analytics tools (Google, Semrush, etc.) and generate insights that drive measurable results.
• Contribute to strategic monitoring: SEO, GEO, AI, and multi-platform optimization trends.
• Participate in Momentumm marketing initiatives.
• Communicate with clients, simplify your recommendations, and support them as a true strategic partner.
• Work and certification in the HubSpot ecosystem—always aligned with your tasks and the company’s

The ideal profil we're looking for:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in SEO (agency, freelance, or consulting)  
• Strong command of technical SEO, on-page, off-page, local, and international strategies  
• Proficient with HubSpot and Webflow (direct experience is a major plus)  
• Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and strategists  
• Excellent writing skills with confidence in optimizing and creating content  
• Able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution  
• Curious about generative AI and its applications in SEO

• Creation of landing pages;
• Reflection to improve our customers' conversion rates;
• Participation in customer relations and account growth strategy;
• Collaboration with other team members to contribute to the success of customer campaigns (design, development, SEO, etc.);
• Participation in Momentumm marketing initiatives;
• Maintain necessary platform certifications (Meta, Google, HubSpot, etc.);
• Work and certification in the HubSpot universe - always in line with your tasks and the company's service offering.

The ideal profil we're looking for:

• Excellent French and English (spoken and written);
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position;
• An excellent grounding in the various tools related to web advertising, from platforms to third-party tools for keyword research or tracking;
• A good grounding in the following CMS platforms: HubSpot, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow ;
• Good analytical skills and a flair for marketing;
• Increased knowledge of typical work tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and others.
